Had real good stay for business trip, the staff were patient, location was decent near the embassies. I had a standard room and it was a nice size with jacuzzi tub.

Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean and tidy rooms.
When showering the water ran on the floor, fortunately there were enough towels available.

Very clean beautiful room, friendly staff, extensive breakfast (on the roof terrace in good weather), not noisy, within walking distance of Termini station.
Few planks/hooks to store clothes or towels.

Very good location of the hotel for many activities to do, everything was easily accessible. There were also extremely good staff!

We appreciated the rooftop breakfast with a fine view of the city, made each morning special. The staff, particularly Marco and Francesca, were friendly and gave us great tips for exploring Rome.
My kids wished for a bigger shower in our room, as it was a bit cramped for the family.

Room 602 and breakfast, friendly treatment, walking distance to terminis and old town
No breakfast because we already had to leave at 7 o'clock and paid for it. jacuzzi did not work in our room602, and neither the steam bath, that was a pity

Breakfast was sober, but okay. The roof terrace was wonderful! Many good tips received from the staff at the desk. Good airconditioning.
Older rooms and small bathroom. But okay!

Our room was not available on arrival and we had to spend 1 night in another hotel ... But they called the taxi, took our suitcase to the taxi, employee of the Hotel drove with Taxi to the other hotel, arranged the booking so that our suitcase came in the room. Next day Put up our suitcase in the loby and enjoyed Rome... Suitcase was picked up by Hotel Montecarlo and neatly placed in our luxurious room. Nice room with nice private roof terrace, nice large bathroom.
Space where the bed stood was a bit small ...

The accommodation is about 15 minutes away from Termini train station. The location is quiet, there are many nice restaurants nearby. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel for free before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast was delicious and rich. The rooms were very clean and tidy.

The stay was great for my family of four. The staff was super helpful, especially when they arranged a transfer for us on short notice. Breakfast on the rooftop was a wonderful experience with a good variety of choices. The location was very convenient with street restaurants nearby and close access to the metro. It was a fantastic quick stop in Rome.

Location was perfect! The most delicious ice creams you can certainly eat nearby at Come il Latte and La Romana. All sights are easy to walk to; only the Basilica of St. Peter we visited by metro. The room was clean and tidy, only not very large.
The only downside of our stay was breakfast. Very basic.
